We talked with Dawn and Daana, who host the Myelin and Melanin podcast. These women have been on the MS journey for many years and have plenty of wisdom to share with our community.
After meeting in a support group several years ago, both women felt a connection and decided to partner together in advocacy and conversation. They both share that things were much different years ago when they were diagnosed. There was no social media -- and little representation for women of color.
